THE STARTER REPORTED: a) FORT AURORA (N Klink) was slow losing two lengths. b) LILLY LANGTRY (S Brown) was stubborn loading and thereafter slow losing one length. Trainer C Spies was advised to re-school this filly prior to her next engagement (LAS). THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) QUEEN THEODORA (C Zackey) over-raced in the early stages. b) At approximately the 300m, Jockey S Brown felt something amiss with LILLY LANGTRY and eased her out of the race. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. c) Jockey G Lerena reported that RAY INDIGO changed stride continually in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. d) BELLA SWAN (W Kennedy), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer P A Peter advised (GF). JOCKEY CHANGES: a) GIFT OF GIVING was ridden by Jockey D De Gouveia (declared 25 October 2021 at 08H49).
