THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) At the 100m, COMMAND COUNCIL (K Sakayi) was momentarily inconvenienced on the outside of VELVET SEASON (*S Hlengwa) which shifted out away from the crop from the 150m.
