THE STARTER REPORTED: a) RASPBERRY BERET (S Veale) was stubborn to load. Trainer C Hewitson will be advised to re-school this filly. b) JUNGLE JUNCTION (K de Melo) and TOTHELEFTTOTHELEFT (B Jacobson) lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) During the loading process, the handler's (allocated to stall gate 2) skull cap cover fell over in front of the starting stalls. b) KING'S SPEAR (C Zackey) raced wide around the turn. c) At the 800m, NDAKA (A Arries) was steadied off the heels of CAPRIANA (R Khathi) and switched out. d) Entering the straight, NDAKA (A Arries) was switched in off the heels of CAPRIANA (R Khathi) which was hanging out on the latter part of the turn and raced wide into the straight. e) CAPRIANA (R Khathi), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer C Hewitson advised (DZ). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) CAPRIANA raced without ear muffs and raced with a compression mask (advised 14.03.22/8h42). RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER : a) Nil.
