THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) RAIN IN HOLLAND (R Fourie) shifted in to continue its run at the 400m and thereafter shifted out away from the crop at the 200m. b) Jockey K de Melo reported that he felt something amiss with GREENGROWTHELILACS in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. c) In view of the performance of CLAFOUTIS (S Khumalo), (betting 10/1, distance 19,75 lengths), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
