OLMECA BLACK, SKOLLIE and HUNGRY EYES lost one length. SONJADOR lost two lengths. JUNIPER LANE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. MAGIC IN SEATTLE over-raced in the early stages and as a result clipped the heels of VINODH'S BOY and stumbled at approximately the 1000m. HUNGRY EYES and QUATRO FIVE SIX over-raced in the early stages. BLEU ROYALE was momentarily inconvenienced approaching the 300m. In view of the performances of ANCIENT STATE and FEVER the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these geldings. Jockey Veale, the rider of ANCIENT STATE, appeared before the Board and was reminded of his obligations to report to the Stipendiary Board of any circumstances that may affect the performances of his mounts in future. Vet: ANCIENT STATE - not striding out right hind. FEVER - nothing obvious detected.
