THE STARTER REPORTED:
a) GOOM GOOM (*K A Brewer) was unruly in the stalls and broke through the front gate. The Starting Stall Certificate for this gelding has been withdrawn.
b) WHISTLEFORTHEWIND (C Zackey) and THREE CARD TRICK (C Habib) were slow losing many lengths. The Starting Stall Certificates for these horses have been withdrawn.
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a) In view of the Starter's report with regard to GOOM GOOM, this gelding has been suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable loading and jumping on terms with a companion. Suspension dates: 11 May 2022 to 17 May 2022. GOOM GOOM may not be presented for repassing during this period. Assistant Trainer A Ndzilana advised (LAS).
b) In view of the Starter's report with regard to WHISLTFORTHEWIND and THREE CARD TRICK, these horses have been suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as they prove tractable loading and jumping on terms with a companion. Suspension dates: 11 May 2022 to 17 May 2022. Both WHISTLEFORTHEWIND and THREE CARD TRICK may not be presented for repassing during this period. Assistant Trainer C Naude advised (LAS).
