GIVETHETHUMBSUP was slow into stride. NICALEX kicked the back gate in the stalls. CAPTAIN TURK over-raced in the early stages. At approximately the 1200m, MARK THE DOORMAN changed legs, becoming unbalanced and brushed NICALEX outwards. Jockey Yeni appeared before the Board with regards to the use of his crop in that he used his crop in a drawn position on his mounts shoulder.
