THE STARTER REPORTED: a) MANZ KNIGHT (M Yeni) was slow into stride. b) CHOICE ASSORTED (K Matsunyane) was slow losing three lengths. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Jockey J Greyling was charged with a contravention of Rule 62.2.3 in that he failed to ride the horse RISHAAN'S BOY out to the end of the race thereby prejudicing his chances of obtaining outright 5th position. Jockey Greyling signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined R850.00. b) Jockey C Habib reported that ATLANTIC CITY changed stride continually in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. c) In view of the Veterinary Surgeon's report concerning BULLETIN, and in terms of Rule 93.1, this gelding is suspended from racing for a period of sixty-days in any race under the jurisdiction of the National Horseracing Authority. Trainer J A Soma advised telephonically (NHA). d) THE BRIEF (S Khumalo), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Stable Employee P de Palma advised (LN). JOCKEY CHANGES: a) GRAND DESTINY was ridden by Apprentice K A Brewer who claimed his 1,5kg allowance as declared on 12 June 2022 at 10H03). RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER: a) DAWN MISSION raced equipped with cheek pieces (declared 9 June 2022 at 09H24). b) ATLANTIC CITY raced equipped with alumites in front (declared 10 June 2022 at 06H53). c) MANZ KNIGHT raced equipped with cheek pieces (declared 10 June 2022 at 09H50).
