THE STARTER REPORTED:
a) COUNTY KILDARE (S Moodley) was fractious in the stalls and reared, removed, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon and was withdrawn.
b) FABULOUS (*R Venniker) was stubborn to load. Slow into stride.
c) CAPTAIN MARVEL (M Mjoka) lost one length.
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED :
a) FLAMING KAITRINA (*M Katjedi) raced wide around the turn.
b) SHANTASTIC (K de Melo) was hanging in from the 400m.
c) Approaching the 300m, NAMIBSROOS (S Veale) which was baulked for a number of strides from the 400m, was switched in off the heels of CAPE PRINCESS (A Arries) which rolled out.
d) In view of the Starter's report with regard to COUNTY KILDARE (S Moodley), this filly's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and it is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable with a companion. Suspension dates: 12.07.22 to the 18.07.22. COUNTY KILDARE may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Trainer W Whitehead was advised. (SL)
e) In view of the Starter's report with regard to FABULOUS (*R Venniker), this filly's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and it is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable with a companion on a race day.
