OUTOFTHEORDINARY jumped awkwardly and was slow into stride. Jockey Noach, the rider of DESTRUCTION BOY, appeared before the Board as the Stewards were not satisfied with the manner in which he had used his crop. The Stewards took into account that Jockey Noach had only used his crop on 5 occasions. However, they were concerned with the perceived force that he had used. Jockey Noach was charged with a contravention, read with Guideline D on the use of the crop. As a consequence, Jockey Noach signed an admission of guilt and was given a final warning. Jockey de Melo reported that CAPTAIN ELLIODOR did not stride out freely in running and he did not persevere with his riding from the 150m. AQUA BOLT was hanging out in the latter stages. SAVEA was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. The ownership of CAMP DAVID to read: Mr Dharmendra Betchoo & Mr & Mrs D M Naik; and Colours are: Black, White stars, Black sleeves, Black cap, White star Vet: CAPTAIN ELLIODOR - not striding out DESTRUCTION BOY - examined post race. No crop marks detected. Scratched: WADI RUM - no suitable jockey.
