THE STARTER REPORTED:
a) RAMCHANDANI ROAD (R Munger) was stubborn loading. Trainer C Binda was advised to reschool this gelding prior to his next engagement (PHvdW).
b) SOUTH BOY (ARG) (K de Melo) was stubborn loading. Trainer J J van Vuuren was advised to reschool this gelding prior to his next engagement (PHvdW).
c) LIZADO (*K A Brewer) fly-jumped leaving the stalls.
d) BALLY MAGIC (*P Mxoli) jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls.
e) INFINITE PEACE (C Habib) was slow into stride.
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a) During the loading process, the bridle on RAMCHANDANI ROAD (R Munger) became partially detached and had to be refitted. Thereafter, RAMCHANDANI ROAD (R Munger) proved stubborn loading.
b) Jockey K Matsunyane briefly lost his footing to the left-side stirrup iron at the 150m.
c) Jockey C Habib reported that INFINITE PEACE did not stride out freely in running.
