Stipes Report

THE STARTER REPORTED:  
a)	As the start was effected AMOR FATI (C Habib) threw its head down and thereafter fly jumped leaving the stalls, losing 3 lengths.
  
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED :
a)	The Board reviewed the start of this race and it was established that AMOR FATI (C Habib) threw its head down as the start was effected. Thereafter this gelding fly-jumped and made contact with the top crossbar leaving the starting stalls. In view of this the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. 
b)	OFFICER IN COMMAND (*D D Louw) raced wide on the latter part of the turn and into the straight. 
c)	In the concluding stages ROSH KEDESH (C Zackey) which had come to the end of its run, was brushed out by ROLLO THE VIKING (M V'Rensburg) which rolled out away from PLAZA ACCORD (J Jacobs).
d)	Jockey C Habib reported that AMOR FATI, which raced detached throughout, took no interest in the running. As a result AMOR FATI was not persevered with in the concluding stages.
e)	Jockey C Zackey reported that ROSH KEDESH did not stride out freely in the concluding stages. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. 
f)	IMPOSING (S Khumalo), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer G van Zyl (Jnr) was advised (DZ).
