THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	VOLTE FACE (JR Syster), ROSY LEMON (S Moodley) and GOLD DE GRACE (MK Katjedi) jumped slow, losing one length.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	MAJALUN (*G Samo-Burthia) over raced in the early stages. Thereafter, at approximately the 1900m, Apprentice G Samo-Burthia adopted a more sedate pace, which resulted in CARTAGENA (M van Rensburg), PARTY PUNCH (M Yeni) and THAT'S MAGICAL (*KJ Lihaba) commencing to over race. 
	Apprentice G Samo-Burthia appeared before the Board and was advised to maintain the same, consistent racing pace so as not to cause bunching.
b)	Jockey S Moodley reported that ROSY LEMON made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this mare.
c)	ARLINGTON ACTION, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Stable Employee P Jevu, acting on behalf of Trainer T Zackey, was advised. (MdP)
