THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	BIG BOY BRUCE (E Webber) refused to load and was withdrawn, causing a delay.
b)	REAL WAR (K Minnie) was nervous in the stalls.
c) 	HOSPICES DE BEAUNE (M Yeni) was nervous in the stalls and stood awkwardly.
d)	SOVEREIGNS CALL (M van Rensburg) jumped slow, losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. 

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. (15h33)
b)	THE WINTER LAKE (L Mxothwa) over raced in the early stages.
c)	BUFFALO BILL (W Agrella) shifted both ways away from the crop from the 200m.
d)	Jockey L Mxothwa reported that he felt something amiss with THE WINTER LAKE. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. 
	Assistant Trainer F Jacobs was advised to report back should he find anything amiss with this gelding on his return to the stables. 
e)	In view of the report from the Starter regarding BIG BOY BRUCE (E Webber), this gelding's starting stall certificate has been withdrawn and he is suspended for 30 days in terms of Rule 61.6.10 and until such time as he proves to be tractable to load on terms with a companion. (Suspension dates: 29/11/2025 to 28/12/2025 inclusive) BIG BOY BRUCE may not be presented for re-passing during this period.
f)	BUFFALO BILL, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer TJ Laing was advised. (LM)
