Stipes Report
The start of this Race was delayed due to the late arrival of the horses at the start. THE STARTER REPORTED: a) CLICKBAIT (S Veale) lost 1 length. b) POURSOMESUGARONME (K Matsunyane) lost 2 lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (SR) : a) OH MY GUCCI GIRL (*D D Louw) jumped outwards leaving the starting stalls. b) THE QUEEN BEE (*M Mbuto) over-raced in the early stages. c) SANBEENEE (S Hlengwa) raced wide around the bend and into the straight. d) Jockey S Veale was charged with a contravention of contravened Rule 58.10.2, (Appendix E; Guideline M), in that he as the rider of CLICKBAIT misused his crop by striking this filly more than twelve times (15) which was not warranted when considering the circumstances of the race. Jockey S Veale signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined R7500. e) SIBERIAN WINTER (R A Venniker), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer S H Ferrie acting on behalf of Trainer M L Roberts was advised (DZ). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) Jockey K Matsunyane was the rider of POURSOMESUGARONME (advised 28.11.2025/08h36).
