THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) VIDA FUTURA (S Khumalo) and MIKE THE PILOT (*P Mxoli) over raced in the early stages. b) FLINDERS RANGE (E Webber) pulled hard in the early stages. c) CANE LIME 'N SODA (L Mxothwa) raced wide around the turn and into the straight and thereafter shifted both ways away from the crop from the 300m. d) IDEAL TIME (M Mjoka) was hanging in from the 300m. e) IDEAL TIME, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
