THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	MAGIC DANCER (J P van der Merwe) was slow losing one length.
b)	LULU'S BOY (S Khumalo) was restless in the stalls.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:

a)	Shortly after the start, ESQUEVELLE (P Strydom) took an awkward stride after being bumped inwards by GIANCARLO (C Maujean) which jumped inwards leaving the stalls.
b)	At approximately the 200m, whilst attempting to change crop hands, Jockey Wes Marwing (JET CAT) briefly got his crop entangled in his right-side rein.
c)	Jockey K de Melo reported that WHAT A TIGER did not stride out freely in running.  The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
d)	Jockey M Yeni reported that MONTMERENCY changed stride continually in running.  The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
e)	Jockey S Khumalo reported that LULU'S BOY made an abnormal respiratory noise in running.  The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.


f)	Jockey M Thackeray reported that he felt something amiss with PENDRAGON in running.  The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
g)	DANCING DORA (N Klink), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.  Trainer F Bronkhorst advised (LN).
