THE STARTER REPORTED: a) STREET DANCING (T Gumede) and MEREDITH GREY (T Godden) were slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) BADRAH (AUS) (K Matsunyane) was baulked for a clear run from the 200 to the 100m. b) At approximately the 100m, GLOBAL SECRET (*M K Katjedi) had to steady and switch in to avoid running onto the heels of ROYAL KITTY (K de Melo). c) FORGED IN ICE (*R A Venniker) was hanging out from the 250m. d) Jockey M Yeni reported that NKALANZINZI took no interest in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. e) CAPRICCIO (J Gates) raced wide throughout. f) ROYAL KITTY (K de Melo), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer A Wright advised (NS). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) NKALANZINZI raced without cheek pieces (advised 31.10.22/11h03). RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER : a) Nil.
