THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Jockey Wes Marwing felt something amiss with PICTURE PERFECT in running and eased this gelding out of the race at the 300m. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. b) In view of the Veterinary Surgeon's report concerning PICTURE PERFECT, and in terms of Rule 93.1, this gelding is suspended for 60 days from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of the National Horseracing Authority. Trainer W H Marwing was advised. c) UNZEN (*K A Brewer), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
