THE STARTER REPORTED: a) GRANDE LUPO (K MAtsunyane) stumbled leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) At the 200m, Apprentice R Venniker (BLESS ME FRED) briefly dropped her right side rein. Thereafter, this gelding was hanging in, in the concluding stages. b) Jockey A Mgudlwa reported that he felt something amiss with ENID'S GIRL in the concluding stages. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. c) In view of the Veterinary Surgeon's report concerning ENIDS GIRL, and in terms of Rule 93.1, this filly is suspended for a period of 60 days from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of the National Horseracing Authority.
