a)	MOUNT PLEASANT (AUS) (JP van der Merwe) jumped awkwardly.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	DEAN STREET (R Fourie) proved difficult proceeding to the start and had to be led by a Handler, causing a delay. Trainer L Woodruff was advised that should this gelding behave in a similar manner in future engagements, he may be suspended. 
b)	BARZALONA (A Andrews) was continually held up for a clear run between the 300m and the finish.
c)	The saddle on WYAG (K de Melo) slipped back in running. This was confirmed by a Stipendiary Steward.
d)	Jockey K de Melo reported that WYAG made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
e)	In view of the performance of ICONIC DESTINATION (C Orffer) the veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
