THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED :
a)	Shortly after the start CATAVAR (C Habib) and MOUNT MERU (K Matsunyane) made contact on two occasions on the inside of ACCOMMODATOR (R Fourie) which jumped in.
b)	FUTURE FLO (*R A Venniker) was hanging in from the 300m.
c)	CATAVAR (C Habib) stumbled for no apparent reason at the 300m. In view of this report, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.
d)	Jockey D Daniels reported that LAST ONE STANDING changed stride continually in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. 
e)	PERFECT OUTLOOK (T Godden), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Assistant Trainer C Eudey acting on behalf of Trainer M D Miller advised (DZ).
