b)	Jockeys C F Dicken (THE GLIDING FISH) and and R Fourie (NEITHERHERENORTHER) reported that they felt something amiss in the running with their respective mounts. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. 
c)	In view of the performances of LOVE IN WINTER (M Yeni) (13.00 lengths, 13/2 in the betting) and MEETATTHEWINDSOR (C Maujean) (11.05 lengths, 100/1 in the betting), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. 
d)	QUANDARY (A Mgudlwa), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Assistant Trainer T Fripp acting on behalf of Trainer G van Zyl (Jnr) advised (NS).
