THE STARTER REPORTED:
a)	PARKER GETRIX (C Habib) and SAN MARZANO (J P van der Merwe) were slow into stride.	

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a)	FOLLOW MY PATH (J Penny) hung in from the 400m.
b)	JUSRITE (P Mxoli) commenced to give ground to the field from the 400m. Thereafter, Jockey P Mxoli reported that JUSRITE did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this colt. 	
c)	Leaving the 200m, SAGE KING (K Matsunyane), which had come to the end of its run, was carried in marginally by NAPOLEON (C Zackey), which shifted in away from the crop and was corrected.
d)	Jockey	K Matsunyane reported that SAGE KING took a number of awkward strides in running. 
The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. 	
e)	Jockey C Habib reported that PARKER GETRIX took a number of awkward strides in running. 
The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
f)	EIFFEL TOWER (A Mgudlwa), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
