THE STARTER REPORTED: a) THISISWHATITMEANS (C Habib) proved stubborn and difficult to load. Removed, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon and subsequently withdrawn. b) THE GLIDING FISH (C F Dicken) kicked the back gates, removed, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon and subsequently withdrawn. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) At the 150m, PATRONAGE (*R A Venniker) had to steady when awkwardly placed between the outside running rail and HOPE IS POWER (*K J Lihaba) which was carried out by TRIBUTE TO YOU (M Yeni), which rolled out and was immediately straightened. b) In view of the Starter's report with regard to THISISWHATITMEANS (C Habib), this gelding's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and it is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable with a companion. Suspension dates: 14.12.2023 - 20.12.2023 bdi. THISISWHATITMEANS may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Trainer P B Muscutt was advised.
