THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) DRIVE BY (C Maujean) was baulked for a clear run for a number of strides between the 350m and the 300m. b) Jockey C Habib reported that DOCTOR'S ORDERS made an abnormal respiratory noise in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. c) In view of the performance of FASHIONIGMA (R Fourie) (9.50 lengths, 11/2 in the betting), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) GIVERS GRACE (S Moodley), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
