b)	SPEECHMAKER (M van Rensburg) jumped inwards leaving the stalls.	

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a)	Shortly after the start, ATTENTIVE (R Munger) and AFTER HOURS (C Habib) come together and bumped when awkwardly placed between LETSDOIT (S Khumalo), which jumped outwards, and SPEECHMAKER (M van Rensburg), which jumped inwards.	
b)	ROGER THE DODGER (C Maujean) hung out from the 500m. Thereafter, Jockey C Maujean reported ROGER THE DODGER did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. 	
c)	LETSDOIT (S Khumalo) shifted out away from the crop from the 300m.

d)	LETSDOIT (S Khumalo), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
