THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	APPROACH SHOT (C Orffer) and LUCY ROCKET (D Ashby) were restless in the stalls.
b)	ONE LINER (C Zackey) jumped slow, losing one length.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	WAR HAWK (G Wright) cast its left front shoe leaving the stalls.
	
b)	At the 250m WALK WITH ME (R Fourie) was steadied and directed outwards when unable to secure a clear run between the inside running rail and LUCY ROCKET (D Ashby).
c)	At the 100m PHIL THE FLUTER (JP van der Merwe) was steadied when awkwardly placed on the inside of ACROSS THE BOW (L Mxothwa), which shifted in away from ONE LINER (C Zackey), which raced green, shifted in and was immediately straightened.
d)	ONE LINER, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Stable Employee R Fredericks, acting on behalf of Trainers H Crawford/M Rix was advised. (TJ)
