Stipes Report

THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	LADY MISTICO (D Schwarz) was nervous in the stalls and jumped outwards, losing two lengths.
b)	TIME FOR GLORY (M van Rensburg) jumped slow, losing two lengths.
	
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	ROCKIE REEF (C Habib) was hanging in from the 300m
b)	WOMAN'S WORLD (*N Nastili) was hanging in from the 200m.
c)	CRIMSON PRINCESS (L Mxothwa) was awkwardly placed and squeezed and was checked severely between the inside running rail and TIME FOR LOVE (M Yeni) and was then carried inwards and had to steady for a number of strides when LUNA HALO (S Veale) was ridden inwards at approximately the 300m.  Thereafter, approaching the 100m, TIME FOR LOVE (M Yeni) had to be switched out to obtain clear running.  An Inquiry will be opened into this incident.
d)	Jockey C Habib reported that ROCKIE REEF did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this mare.
	Trainer GD Smith was advised to report back should he find anything amiss with this mare on her return to the stables.
e)	Jockey S Khathi reported that PUBLIC BENEFIT did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
d)	RAINBOW LORIKEET, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer C Bass-Robinson was advised. (LM)
