THE STARTER REPORTED: a) I AM CLASSY (S Veale) jumped awkwardly losing 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Shortly after the start FINE DINING (*B Plaatjies) which jumped out, and BOMBER STREAM (*H Moonsun) which jumped in, came together and bumped. Thereafter BOMBER STREAM (*H Moonsun) was hanging in throughout. b) Shortly after the start I AM CLASSY (S Veale) was bumped in by ISIQALABA (*S Bungane) which jumped in. c) Apprentice S Bungane (ISIQALABA) completed a satisfactory qualifying ride. d) In view of the performance of MO KING (S Moodley) (9.60 lengths, 20/1 in the betting), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. e) IMMAH (C Habib), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
