Stipes Report

THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	MONUMENTAL proved difficult proceeding to the start and had to be led by Jockey R Fourie, causing a delay. 	Trainer B Crawford was advised that should this gelding behave in a similar manner in future engagements, it 	may be suspended.
b)	WORLDLY (D Schwarz) jumped slow, losing two lengths and thereafter was slow into stride.
c)	BANK STREET (S Veale) jumped slow, losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	DEFINITELY YES (C Zackey) had to steady monetarily when awkwardly placed on the heels of KELP FOREST (G van Niekerk), which shifted inwards in the latter stages.
b)	Jockey A Domeyer reported that AIR RAID did not stride out freely in the latter stages. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
c)	TWENTYTWENTYVISION, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer B Crawford was advised. (SC)
