THE STARTER REPORTED A) BRAVESTARR was slow away and lost 2 lengths. B) TAKE THE WORLD was slow away and lost 5 lengths. The starting stall certificate for this gelding is withdrawn. C) BRASS BELL jumped outwards leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED A) BRASS BELL (W Kennedy) was held up for a clear run between the 450m and the 250m. B) EMPERORS DECREE (R Fourie) was held up for a clear run between the 400m and the 300m. C) Jockey T M Musekiwa (TAKE THE WORLD) appeared before the Board and was advised not to use his crop on horses that are out of contention for a place. D) In view of the Starter's report with regard to TAKE THE WORLD (T M Musekiwa), this gelding's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and he is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as he proves tractable to jump on terms with a companion. Suspension dates: 19 March 2022 to 25 March 2022 both days included. TAKE THE WORLD may not be presented for re-passing during this period.
