THE STARTER REPORTED: a) IMPOSING (R A Venniker) was stubborn to load. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Shortly after the start IMPOSING (R A Venniker) which was slow into stride, was squeezed out between SUNSHINE DAY (N Patel) and PLAZA ACCORD (S Sosibo). b) SUNDANCE KID (C Habib) hung in from the 400m. c) BOWIE (M Thackeray) hung in, in the concluding stages. d) Jockeys T Godden (MASTER JOSH) and G Lerena (NEITHERHERENORTHER) reported that their respective mounts made an abnormal respiratory noise in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. e) DIANI (C Maujean), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer D S Bosch advised (SP). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) Jockey C Maujean was the rider of DIANI (advised 17.11.2024/07h41). b) Jockey S Sosibo was the rider of PLAZA ACCORD (advised 17.11.2024/16h04) and weighed out at 53.4kg's, 0.5kg over the carded weight.
