THE STARTER REPORTED: a) SI VELOCE (*N Nastili) jumped outwards leaving the stalls. b) BREATH OF MAGIC (C Maujean) was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) INAFIX jumped awkwardly which resulted in Jockey P Mxoli's arm making contact with the left-side front gate. b) Shortly before the finish, DANCING DORA (G Lerena) was steadied momentarily and switched in to avoid running onto the heels of TIME FOR CHARITY (*K J Lihaba). c) WRITTEN IN STONE (J Gates), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer B Webber advised (MS). JOCKEY CHANGES: a) MISS PREDATOR was ridden by Jockey M K Katjedi (declared 17 January 2025 at 08H15).
