a)	JACK IN THE GREEN (R Fourie) and FOUR JACKS (C Zackey) jumped slow, losing two lengths.
b)	CENTRAL CITY (K Minnie) and FINAL EDITION (X Ndlovu) jumped slow, losing one length.
	
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	The start of this race was delayed due to the delay in the previous race.
b)	Leaving the 200m FINAL EDITION (X Ndlovu) had to steady when awkwardly placed between EL ROMIACHI (E Webber) and BRENDEN JAMES (C Little), which was hanging in.
c)	CENTRAL CITY (K Minnie) was hanging in from the 200m.	
d)	Jockeys M Yeni and C Zackey reported that MAKHACHEV and FOUR JACKS respectively, did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these geldings. 
	Assistant Trainer DG Smith (FOUR JACKS) was advised to report back should he find anything amiss with this gelding on his return to the stables.
e)	ARDABIL, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer TJ Laing, acting on behalf of Trainer SJ Snaith, was advised. (LM)
