GOLDEN ATTITUDE was slow into stride. LADY JUSTICE lost 1 length. Jockey Thackeray reported that GOLDEN ATTITUDE made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. OUTLANDER was hanging in from the 200m. When questioned regarding his ride on OUTLANDER in the concluding stages, Jockey Yeo explained to the Board that this filly had tired and shortened her stride badly in the concluding stages. Jockey Yeo was reminded of his obligation to report anything which may have an effect on a horse's performances in a race to the Stipendiary Steward at scale. Furthermore, Jockey Yeo was also reminded of his obligation to ride his mounts out with sufficient determination and vigour so as to leave no room for query from the Stewards. CELTIC LADY was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: MISS APHRODITE - abnormal respiratory noise. GOLDEN ATTITUDE - no respiratory noise detected post race. Scratched: DANISH CROSS - off feed. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked and their identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed.
