The start of the 1st Race was delayed as a result of NOBLE JOSHUA being extremely fractious in the stalls which resulted in the bridle coming undone. Once the bridle had been re-fitted NOBLE JOSHUA was removed from the stalls and scratched by the Veterinary Surgeon. Thereafter the stalls had to be re-tested before the field could be reloaded. NOBLE JOSHUA was very fractious in the stalls. Injured in the stalls. Scratched by the Veterinary Surgeon. KING'S STORY was slow into stride. IRON BORN and RED HOT NIGHT both lost 1 length. PRINCE PONTI (AUS) lost 2 lengths. BRAVO ZULU selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. IRON BORN raced green. In view of the performance of FLEXIBLE FUGITIVE (AUS) the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. In view of the Starter's Report concerning NOBLE JOSHUA, this colt has been suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable in the starting stalls with a companion. Suspension dates: 2.6.2018 - 8.6.2018. NOBLE JOSHUA may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Vet: FLEXIBLE FUGITIVE (AUS) - not striding out.
