THE STARTER REPORTED: a) SMORGASBORD (S Khumalo) lost one length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (DM) : a) Leaving the 700m, CHARA SANDS (*D Pillay) proved difficult to settle and was steadied momentarily in anticipation of being awkwardly placed on the heels of LUNELUCK (T Godden) which rolled in. Jockey T Godden appeared before the Board with regard to this incident and was advised to be more mindful of the proximity of other runners when shifting ground in races. b) Jockey C Zackey reported that he felt something amiss with KINSHIN SHA in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. c) POSITION OF POWER (A Mgudlwa), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer A Wright was advised (HM). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) COWDRAY PARK raced without a compression mask (advised 14.11.2025/08h01). b) Apprentice D Pillay (claiming 3kg) was the rider of CHARA SANDS (advised 18.11.2025/8h49).
