THE STARTER REPORTED:  
a)	PACIFIC WINTER (S Veale) jumped awkwardly losing one length. 
b)	ALFONSA SPAGONI (*C Dicken) stood losing four lengths. 
  
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED :
a)	Shortly after the start, ONE TOO MANY (M Mjoka) was bumped outwards by IRON BARK (A Mgudlwa) which jumped out. 
b)	MASTER KEEKU (G Wright) was hanging in from the 200m to the 100m. 
c)	HAPPY WANDERER (M V'Rensburg) shifted in away from the crop in the concluding stages. 
d)	Jockey K de Melo reported that he felt something amiss with HIGH LEGISLATION in the concluding stages. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. 
e)	In view of the Starter's report with regard to ALFONSA SPAGONI (*C Dicken), this gelding's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and it is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable with a companion.  Suspension dates: 25.07.22 to the 31.07.22.  ALFONSA SPAGONI may not be presented for re-passing during this period.  Trainer M Dixon was advised. (SL)
